I've just return home from an amazing afternoon with my four friends at Kanyon. After eating great meals in a place called SOSA, we went to DnR to buy some books and then to Starbucks to just chill. Everything was perfect and what is more perfect is that I'm on my one-week-long holiday. YAY!

Bugün, dört arkadaşımla Kanyon'daydım. SOSA denilen bir yerde yemek yedikten sonra, DnR'a girip birkaç kitap aldık, daha sonra da Starbucks'da oturduk. Her şey mükemmeldi ve daha da mükemmel olan şey de sonunda bir haftalık tatile girmiş olmamız. OLEY!

I find insomnia very very very disturbing, instead of writing these at the moment, I should've been in a long sleep, anyways, I can't write long.

I love to mix my clothes and try out new styles and this leopard skirt is something I wouldn't wear normally, but I find it really cute. I'll try to some real outfit posts in my holiday.

Kıyafetlerimi farklı şekillerde denemeyi çok seviyorum, normalde giymeceğim şeyleri giymeye başladım ve bu leopar desenli etek de onlardan biri, ama bence şirin yani, ondan eğleneyim dedim. Tatilde daha normal bir şekilde göstereceğim seçtiğim kıyafetlerimi.

I'm a bad, bad blogger, sue me, at least now you know that I'm alive? I've been very busy with my exams week but now that is coming to an end, I am finally relieved, my marks are so far so good. The weather is beautiful and it is only making me happier that I'm going to have a break for a whole week in the beginning of April, can't wait.

Here is my first goodies post (I think?) hope you guys like it. I'll try to be more productive and inspiring the next time, but until then, take care y'all!

Çok kötü bir blogcuyum, farkındayım, ama en azından artık yaşadığımı biliyorsunuz? Sınav haftasından bir türlü vakit bulamıyordum, fakat sonunda bitiyor (!), notlarım gayet iyi geliyor. Hava çok güzel ve Nisan'ın ilk haftasının tatil olması beni daha da mutlu ediyor, sabırsızlanıyorum.

Goodies'in türkçesini bilmediğim için (Google bunu şekerleme olarak çevirdi...) sadece umarım hoşunuza gider diyorum. Bir dahaki sefere daha verimli ve ilham verici olucam ama o zamana kadar, kendinize iyi bakın!

Today, because the weather was extremely good, my bestie Seray and I decided to hang out and walk home afterwards. First, we went to a cafe to grab a lunch, there Seray saw some friends and we all met. Even though, sitting with 6 boys was very weird but after a while, everything went well. One of them, Berke walked home with us since his house was very close.

And I love chocolate!

Bugün, havanın mükemmel olmasından dolayı en iyi arkadaşım Seray'la biraz dolaştıktan sonra eve yürümeye karar verdik. Önce, bir kafeye gidip, bir şeyler yedikten sonra Seray bazı arkadaşlarına rastladı. İlk başta 6 tanımadığım erkekle oturmak tuhaf olsa da, sonradan her şey güzelleşti. Aralarından biri, Berke, evi çok yakın olduğu için bizimle bütün bir sahil boyunca yürüdü.

Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who has been on my blog, my blog reached 10.000 clicks yesterday! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Today, I literally robed my mom for shopping, but I got some cute pieces.

Tomorrow I'll probably go to Caddebostan to hang out with my best friend Seray and probably do some shopping, I want to get a cross necklace from Mango that I saw today!

Today, after the school, my friend Ayşe whom I know from EYP had her 18th birthday party in a place called Zanzibar. I was so happy to see all of my EYP friends whom I missed a lot, and after catching up with them for an hour or two, we had our dinner and gave our presents. I couldn't stay long enough to have a piece of cake, but anyways, tonight was really fun!

Ayşe is an amazing DJ -even though I HATE club music and stuff- and an amazing artist, you should definitely see her art work. If I'm not mistaken, she wants to be a fashion designer in the future which suits her and her skills perfectly.

Oh, and I just received my TOEFL test results and they are pretty good! Now, I don't have to take an exam when I'll enter an university for my English skills.

I'm going to cut it short today since I want to go to bed right ahead, but tomorrow, I'll be back with a couple of shots from my school and from the birthday!

Bugün okulda sonra, EYP'den arkadaşım olan Ayşe'nin Zanzibar adındaki bir kafede, 18. yaş günü partisi vardı. EYPdeki arkadaşlarımı gördüğüm için çok mutluydum, onları gerçekten çok özlüyorum. Her biriyle sohbet ettikten sonra, yemeklerimizi yedik ve tabii ki hediyelerimizi verdik. Ben ne yazık ki pastanın tadına bakamadan kalkmak zorunda kaldım ama genede, bu akşam gerçekten eğlenceliydi.

Ayşe, inanılmaz bir DJ -her ne kadar bu tarz müziklerden NEFRET etsem de- ve inanılmaz bir ressam. İleride moda tasarımı okumak istiyor ve bence bu hem kişiliğine, hem de yeteneğine mükemmel bir şekilde uyan bir meslek.

Az önce TOEFL sınav sonuçları geldi ve gayet iyiler! Artık üniversiteye girerken hazırlık atlama gibi bir sınava girmek zorunda kalmayacağım!

The school's musical crew, performed their show to us today. The musical was a mix of some popular musicals, including the songs: Money Money Money, Let the Sunshine in, Fame, There is No Business Like Show Business, We Go Together and so much more. Although it was a little sad for me to sit in the audience, I really enjoyed the show. As you may know, I quit musical at last minute due to some issues regarding me and the choreographer. But still, I especially enjoyed the orchestra and the singers, I was really glad and proud, even the show was a bit amateur.

I feel really really tired to even post on my blog, I know I've been a terrible blogger lately, but I promise I'll get back on the track once the weather turns out good, I become way more lively when the sun is shining. The weather sucks even though it is March, some even say snow is coming this week. Let's hope that, that won't be the case, enough is enough.

Bugün, okul müzikalimiz gösterilerini bize sundular. Popüler müzikallerden seçmeceydi bizimki, Money, Money, Money, Let the Sunshine In, We Go Together gibi birçok şarkı söylediler. Her ne kadar seyirci kısmında oturuyor olmak üzücü olmuş olsa da, performansları çok güzeldi! Bazılarınızın bileceği gibi, müzikalden son anda kareografla anlaşmazlıklarım yüzünden çıkmak zorunda kaldım. Özellikle orkestra ve şarkıcılar inanılmazdı! Gerçekten gurur duydum bir zamanlar bu grubun bir parçası olmaktan.

Son zamanlarda çok kötü bir blogcuyum (blogcu denir mi ya? blog yazarı işte...), biliyorum, o kadar yorgun hissediyorum ki. Ama söz veriyorum, güneş yüzünü gösterdiği zaman kendime geleceğim! Bazıları bu hafta kar geliyormuş diyor, umarım doğru değildir, yeter artık!

DARE

I have to apologize since I took only two photos yesterday, but I was very nervous and anxious and excited about the TOEFL test. I'm not going to talk about it since I don't want to jinx it or anything...

After the exam, we went to İstinye Park as we planned and did a little shopping. I of course brought some new clothes from H&M since there isn't any H&M stores near my house and İstinye Park is a bit far from my neighborhood. I also brought a cute skirt from Stradivarius which I'll probably show all of my new goodies in another post. I'm trying to change my wardrobe and go with a different style from now on since my wardrobe consists of only the basics, you know, basic colors, basic patterns and fabrics.

I'm pretty busy with the school nowadays, the "Danger Week" is approaching with the quizzes and the exams and projects. God! I have to get back to my Sociology project now, see you!

Öncelikle dün sadece iki fotoğraf çektiğim için özür dilerim ama şu TOEFL sınavı yüzünden çok heyecanlı, endişeli ve az da olsa kaygılıydım. Bu sınav hakkında konuşmayacağım çünkü nazar deydirmek istemiyorum...

Sınavdan sonra, planladığımız gibi İstinye Park'a gidip alışveriş yaptık Lina'yla. H&M'den bir şeyler aldım tabii ki, çünkü İstanbul'da sadece belirli yerlerde var ve ben ne yazık ki H&M mağazalarına pek de yakın oturmuyorum. Daha sonra da Stradivarius'tan bir etek aldım, yeni aldığım şeylerin hepsini başka bir postta göstereceğim. Şu sıralar stilimi ve gardrobumu yenilemekle uğraşıyorum çünkü gardrobum hep tek renk, tek kumaş tipi ve tek desenden oluşmaya başladı.

Bu günlerde okulla cebelleşmekteyim, hele de "Tehlike Haftası" yaklaşırken. Bu hafta, her dönem sınavların, projelerin ve minik quizciklerin birleştiği, her öğrencinin kabusu olan bir hafta tabii ki. Neyse, gidip Sosyoloji ödevimi yapmalıyım, görüşürüz!

where is my mind

I'm currently eating fruits with Lina (awesomely awesome friend she forces me to says), after studying for the big test tomorrow! My stress level increased in every question even though they weren't that hard. After taking TOEFL, we'll go to shopping, yay. The worst part of is that we are going to wake up pretty early, way too early actually, but anyways...

I completely LOVE Lina's house, her room is so beautiful and the house's view is amazing, it directly sees the sea. And another thing I love about her house is that she has got a dog named Hachiko. She says she named her dog after the movie "Hachiko, A Dog's Story".

Şu an Lina'nın (muhteşemin muhteşemi olduğunu eklememi istiyor) odasında meyve yiyoruz, az önce TOEFL sınavına çalışmayı bıraktık. Her soruda daha çok stres olsam da, soruların o kadar da zor olmadığını biliyorum. TOEFL'dan sonra, İstinye Park'a gidip alış veriş yapalım diyoruz. Sabah gereğinden de erken kalkacak olmamızı bilmek üzüyor beni şu an...

Lina'nın evine aşığım, odası çok güzel ve evin manzarası muhteşem, direkt olarak boğazı görüyor. Eviyle ilgili sevdiğim bir başka şey de Hachiko adında bir köpeğinin olması!

Hey guys!

The photos here are captured today, in our ways home. The road takes an hour and what is better than taking photos and stopping the moment in the mean time? I also have to apologize for my lack of posts, I've been pretty busy with my quizzes and other stuff which made me feel so de-energized, I'm hoping this will turn around pretty soon though. I'm going to spend my day with Lina tomorrow, since we will both take the TOEFL test on Friday. I can't say I'm not nervous about it, but we'll see about that anyway. Maybe you can give me some advice? And last but never the least, I'm thinking to post in Turkish as well and will see how that turns out to be. Take care folks!

Yol, bir saat sürüyor (!) biz de anı ölümsüzleştirmek ve fotoğraf çekmekten daha yararlı bir şey bulamadığımızdan sonuç budur. Son zamanlarda blogumu boşladığımdan dolayı özür diliyorum öncelikle, okulda çok fazla minik sınavcıklarımız ve bir sürü alakasız şey olurken bir de blog için fotoğraf çekecek enerji bulamıyordum açıkçası, fakat umuyorum ki ilerleyen günlerde bu değişecek. Yarın, okuldan sonra Lina'larda kalacağım çünkü cuma günü beraber İstanbul Ticaret Üniversite'sinde TOEFL denen bir sınava gireceğiz, heyecanlı olmadığımı söylersem yalan söylemiş olurum... Ve son olarak, anlayacağınız gibi Türkçe yazmaya karar vermiş bulunmaktayım, bakalım ne kadar devam edeceğim. Görüşürüz!

 Today, my dear friend Sinem got her first tattoo on her right arm. The tattoo is "Dream" in Elvish as I mentioned before and I was there next to her the whole time. Although she squeezed my hand a couple of time, it went quicker than I thought and the result was great! I'll probably get a tattoo myself but not some time soon, probably in summer.

And La bam! This is the result. If I was a Lord of the Rings fan myself, I would definitely get something like this but I never watched the films nor read the books, shame on me... I almost never watch movies, and when I do, they are either cartoons or Turkish, but I do read a lot of books, just not supernatural thingies.

And last but never the least, a big round of applause for my lovely friend Dağhan (http://daghanpercinel.wordpress.com) for doing this lovely snowman and dedicate it to me, how lovely. I miss him like crazy, he is living far away from Istanbul unfortunately.
